Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, from our Hong Kong studio (excluding public holidays).

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, a second email will be sent containing tracking details. You may also view your order status at any time by logging into your account.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not see our emails, check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping Option
  • Orders of USD $500 or more qualify for free international shipping.
  • Orders under USD $500 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

We ship primarily via DHL, FedEx, or UPS to ensure secure and reliable delivery. In some cases, alternative carriers may be used to optimize delivery based on destination and service availability.

Estimated Transit Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

  • Asia: 2–3 business days
  • International: 2–7 business days

Transit times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to countries restricted by our shipping partners. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be modified or redirected once they have been dispatched. MONO BIAS is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped from Hong Kong on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, unless otherwise stated during checkout. Product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees unless explicitly indicated at the time of purchase.

Customs charges are determined by local authorities and vary by country. MONO BIAS has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost. Customers are solely responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or handling fees required upon delivery.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to non-payment of customs charges, the order will not be refunded.

Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. MONO BIAS is not responsible for delays caused by such events.

Missing, Lost, Or Damaged Packages

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@monobias.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier. Outcomes are subject to the carrier’s policies and investigation results.

For Orders Via Our Retail Partners

Orders placed through authorized retail partners are fulfilled and managed independently. MONO BIAS does not have access to order details for third-party purchases and cannot process shipping, return, or exchange requests for these orders. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance.
